Shipping policy

All artwork is made to order or sold as a one-of-a-kind original, so please allow 3 business days for your piece to be carefully packaged before it ships.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Since each painting is unique, once it's sold it's gone, and shipping begins only after your order is confirmed.

Shipping rates and delivery: We ship within the UK via Royal Mail tracked delivery with delivery typically taking 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. 

Packaging: Each original is carefully wrapped and boxed to protect the canvas and frame during transit.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Damages: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days with photos so we can sort out a replacement or refund.
